Along with the development of the beer brewing equipment industry, the level of hygiene is becoming more and more important for brewers. Then the welding technique and the level of polishing will be a factor that affects the results.
As we know, steel will be oxygenated when welded at high temperature. To reduce oxygenation, we use pure argon gas (central argon system) to protect.
After welding, it is polished to 0.2-0.4μm without dead angle after three processes (80 mesh-120 mesh-240 mesh).
To further improve the sanitation of the tanks, we pickle and passivate after finishing the polishing. Pickling and passivation will remove oxygen from the weld line and form a protective film. This will greatly improve the service life of the tank.
