Valve Manifold In Micro Brewery

In the brewery system, there are different configurations of two vessels, three vessels, and four vessels, depending on the brewer’s requirements. The more vessels there are, the more piping and valves there are between them.
For large breweries, pneumatic valves are often used instead of manual valves for ease of operation.
For microbreweries and nano-breweries, it is more economical to use manual valves instead of pneumatic valves, considering the throughput. Also micro/nano breweries are usually installed in city centers where space is usually limited and piping usually passes underneath the tanks to use the space efficiently, but this causes a lot of inconvenience to the brewer’s work. We specially designed the valve set to centralize the manual valves on a board in front of the brewery, which brings great convenience to the brewers’ daily work.

Most brewers like this design, but it’s not 100% perfect. With a diverter, the pipe doesn’t clean itself as well as a direct pipe, and the wort loss rate is a little higher, but within acceptable limits.
