High thermal conductivity. The plates in a plate heat exchanger can form turbulence during the heat exchange process, thus providing a high heat transfer rate and losing less pressure.
High flexibility. For the previous tubular heat exchanger, when you want to increase the amount of hot wort, the original heat exchange area cannot be changed. The plate heat exchanger counteracts this disadvantage very well. You can increase and decrease the plate according to the wort production.
3.Compact structure and small space occupation.PHE has a compact structure and high heat exchange efficiency. Based on the same capacity, PHE takes up only 1/3 of the area of a tubular heat exchanger.
Less residue. There is less residue left inside, so it is faster to open and close.
Gasket. The gasket is placed in a groove and has the ability to withstand high pressure, making it easy to remove.
Special safety design. The special gasket prevents different liquids from mixing. Different liquids are separated by the double seal of inlet and outlet. It can effectively improve the safety of heat exchange.
