How To Use The Brewery Space More Efficiency?

When start to build a new brewery, it must consider how to make a perfect layout to put the beer equipment in order to use the space more efficiency. Right? Space is Money! ；-）

So usually we will design the layout for the customer’s brewery like the followings:
 
But how to arrange the space better if I have a limited space? There are several ways as follows:
１) Make the tanks to be stacked. Like the hot liquor tank could be below the Mash/Lauter tun and 2 fermenters can stack together.
 
2) if the height permits, we can put the bright beer tank or the beer serving tank on a hang layer like the following picture. In this way, we can sell the beer directly through the beer dispenser.
 
 
Anyway, our engineer can design many ways and also give good suggest to customize the beer brewing equipment!
