For the refrigeration system, observe all the pipes for breakage, frost, and moisture. And check the pipes and pipe connections for leaks. For the controller, observe whether the wire insulation is not damaged, whether the electrical components are good, and whether there is any loss at the connections. For the ventilation system, check if there is a lot of dust on the heat sink tube and heat sink on the condenser, and keep the air inlet and outlet open. Check whether there are some abnormal noises in operation, especially the fan and compressor. The compressor will have a slight vibration and a small amount of noise. If the noise and vibration are not normal, please stop immediately. What causes it?
Improper installation: frame size does not match the chiller, improper fixing or no vibration absorbing material. The above factors will cause significant noise and vibration when starting and stopping.
2. Abnormal vibration of the compressor. Improper base installation, leg differences, improper installation of vibration-absorbing materials. The bad situation is that the compressor has some problems.
3. Abnormalities of the fan. Improper installation, fan deformation, fan motor bearing wear, please also pay more attention if there are foreign objects inside.

For the condenser, the temperature is from top to bottom and the bottom temperature is lower than the ambient temperature during normal operation. The following conditions are abnormal. The compressor is not hot, or the upper temperature is too low, or there is a large temperature difference between two adjacent pipes.
