Brewing use water and beer style

In history , the local water quality is benefit in brewing an area’s beer style, but the style is also  limited in local water quality. For example ,in the Irish region , Its water is full of bicarbonate, so it’s easy to achieve balance with acidity of roasted barley, made Dry stout beer. The waters of the Pearson region of the Czech Republic are extremely soft and contain almost no mineral salts, creating a bohemian style Pearson beer;The water in the Bolton area of England is extremely hard and rich in calcium sulfate, thus increasing the bitterness of hops, resulting in the British IPA.
